The difference between a Nominee Director and Management Company

Managers are qualified administrators belonging to a profession that is regulated by law. They manage the company on a daily basis, are the signatories to the account and have an active role in the sector. They are responsible as a signatory and director of the company. They report regularly to the final beneficiary (the customer) and presenting the accounts and books of the company to him or her.

Nominee directors delegates all powers to the final beneficiary of the company (the client) as part of a "general power of attorney" and are not in any way responsible for the management and administration of the company that will be managed entirely by the customer. Nominee directors have no active role in the business. Some jurisdictions, such as Switzerland, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and other countries, do not allow nominee directors but still allow professional management. A contract with the customer is required in such circumstances.

All these services are part of our management services company, but you can alternatively run your company on a standalone basis and operate independently. Any provision of services management company is allowed under an agreement of management to fine tune our involvement.
